Happiness is rarely achieved.  It is continuously sought after.  Happiness is what lead men to do the things they do.  Some may argue it goes hand in hand with success.  But do we even know what true unabashed happiness feels like? Do I need to be incredibly successful to feel it? That's for each to decide.  Am I close to that mystical goal? Slowly but surely, there are little glimmers of hope.
